About us

The people behind The Human Protocol.

We're a budding ed-tech studio developing the human edge — the judgment, creativity, and adaptability people need to thrive, not just survive, as AGI arrives. We build AI education for children and adults, starting with our flagship product, The Brain Arcade.

Graham

Co-Founder · Head of Product & Development

Singapore

Graham is living proof of the human edge we teach. Over eight years he's reinvented his own skill set again and again — from a Monash law degree and executive tech recruitment into data science, machine learning, full-stack engineering, and, most recently, game development in Unity — exactly the adaptability the AGI era now asks of everyone.

For the past six of those years he's built AI products through his own studio for founders in legal, health, and other privacy-sensitive fields, where getting compliance wrong isn't a bug, it's a liability. Among them: bespoke AI software for clinical use at a major Singapore hospital, and a full-stack AI app for Adeus, a London legal-tech startup that won the Innovate UK Smart Grant (awarded to roughly 3% of applicants).

That hands-on game-building is exactly how The Human Protocol gamifies its in-person classes instead of bolting on off-the-shelf tools — a novel intersection of fun, IQ, and safety for kids and adults alike. He leads product and development as a practicing engineer and fractional CTO — a certified EU Data Privacy Professional (IAPP CIPP/E) and GDPR trained, so children's safety and privacy are designed in from day one.

Natalie Chan

Co-Founder · Head of Strategy & Growth

Singapore

A Chemical & Biomolecular Engineer (University of Sydney), Natalie spent her early career turning ambitious ideas into commercially viable systems inside leading FMCG companies, including Mars and Diageo.

She expanded into investing and M&A — as a long-term private investor and through strategy and business-development roles — deepening her grasp of value creation and commercial decision-making.

Today she combines systems thinking with nervous-system optimisation to help individuals and organisations build the clarity and adaptability to thrive in — not just survive — the AGI era.
